  • The HERKULES RAM-TRUCK hybrid™ system is designed for post-accident and operational repairs of damaged commercial vehicles - Truck frames.
  • It utilizes a set of devices anchored to a permanently embedded grate in the workshop floor, enabling effective, ergonomic, and safe straightening.
  • The basic set includes Horizontal presses

  • Vertical presses, “C”-type presses
  • Supporting accessories.
  • Each set comes equipped with certified chains and hooks.

HORIZONTAL PRESS

  • Horizontal press with a hydraulic drive can be used
  • To straighten the frame structure
  • As a barrier
  • Allows to increase the impact force during repairs.
  • In the case of opposite directions, the action of the straightening forces is additive

The new TOWER hybrid™ press has a very wide operating range, and when equipped with the extension adapter it can be used for trailer repairs.

A pneumatic cylinder facilitates lifting and height adjustment without the use of significant force.

The power devices are driven by pneumatic-hydraulic pumps. The repair system can additionally be equipped with a 400 kN press- -riveter, a 200 kN expansion set, or a system for mounting and repairing SUVs, delivery vehicles, off-road vehicles, and passenger cars. The repair system can also be supported by measuring devices for controlling the shape of frames and cabins, as well as wheel and axle alignment
